# Notification preferences

> Turn owner-facing client notifications on and off in one place.

All of Clarely's client-facing notifications live in one place, so you can see and control what your clients hear from you automatically.

## Where to find them

Go to **Settings → Notifications**.

## What's here

| Notification      | What it does                                                   | Plan                   |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------- |
| Job scheduling    | Emails a client when a job is scheduled                        | Starter and above      |
| Quote follow-up   | Automatically follows up on unsigned quotes                    | Starter and above      |
| Invoice reminders | Automatically reminds clients about unpaid invoices            | Professional and above |
| Review requests   | Asks clients for a review after a job (email only — never SMS) | Professional and above |
| En route          | Lets a client know a team member is on the way                 | Team and above         |

## What to do next

Turn on the notifications that fit how you work, then check [Business settings](/account/business-settings) to make sure your Google review link is set if you're using review requests.
