# Plan and billing

> Your subscription plan and payment details.

Clarely offers several plans depending on the size of your business and the features you need.

## Available plans

| Professional | \$39/mo    | 1          | Everything in Starter, plus recurring jobs, service catalog, advanced quote follow-up, automated invoice reminders, review request notifications, accepting card payments via Stripe, and [Clarely AI](/clarely-ai/overview) (75 requests/day). |
| Team         | \$59/mo    | Up to 5    | Everything in Professional, plus team member accounts, en route notifications, iCal sync, and Clarely AI (150 requests/day). Data export is on the roadmap for this plan — not available to download yet.                                       |

Annual billing saves 2 months compared to monthly billing — Starter save \$38/yr, Professional save \$78/yr, Team save \$118/yr, Business save \$198/yr.

  New accounts start on a **45-day free trial** with full access to all features — no credit card required. After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.

## Viewing your current plan

Go to **Account** → **Plan & Billing** to see your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.

## Changing your plan

Tap **Change Plan** to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

## Updating payment details

Tap **Update Payment Method** to change the card on file. You'll be directed to a secure Stripe-hosted form to update your billing information.

## Cancelling your subscription

Tap **Cancel Plan** to cancel your subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan — your data is retained.
