# Security and sign-in

> How sign-in and access work for owners and team members.

How sign-in and access work for you and your account.

## Signing in

You sign in with your email and password. If you forget your password, use **Forgot password** on the sign-in screen — Clarely emails you a reset link.

## One owner per account

Each Clarely account has a single business owner. If you need other people to have access, add them as [team members](/account/team-members) instead — they sign in separately through the team portal with their own limited access.

## Team member sessions

Team members sign in with a one-time code, not a password. Their session lasts up to 10 hours before they need a new code — see [Team members](/account/team-members) for the full sign-in flow.
