# Clarely AI

> A chat that answers questions about your own business data.

Clarely AI is a chat you can ask about your own business — your quotes, invoices, clients, and jobs — and get a straight answer back, in seconds, without digging through lists yourself.

## Where to find it

Look for **Ask Clarely AI** — it's available from the command palette and from a chat button on every screen once you're signed in.

## What it's good for

Ask it things like:

* "What's my outstanding balance right now?"
* "How much have I collected this month?"
* "What's my quote pipeline worth?"
* "How many invoices are overdue?"

It answers from your actual account data — not a guess, not a general answer about how Clarely works. See [What it can answer](/clarely-ai/what-it-can-answer) for the full list.

It can also search Clarely's help articles and answer "how do I..." questions the same way, citing the article it found the answer in.

## What it needs from you

Clarely AI needs a little history to be useful — see [Getting enough data](/clarely-ai/data-minimums). It's also only available on certain plans — see [Plan availability](/clarely-ai/plan-availability).
