# En route notifications

> Let clients know when your team member is on the way to a job.

Let clients know the moment your team member is on the way, without anyone having to call or text.

## How it works

A team member on their way to a job taps **On my way** from the team portal. Clarely emails the client right away to let them know.

## Turning it on

Go to **Settings → Notifications** and turn on en route notifications. This applies to every job with a client email on file.

## What the client receives

A short email letting them know the team member is on the way. No live location, no ETA — just the heads-up.

## One notification per job

Each job sends at most one en route notification, no matter how many times **On my way** gets tapped.

## Plan requirement

En route notifications are available on **Team plan and above**.
