# Review requests

> Ask clients for a Google review after a job is done.

Ask happy clients for a review right after a job wraps up, without having to remember to do it yourself.

## Before you turn it on

Add your Google Business review link in **Settings → Business**. Clarely needs this link to send review requests.

## How it works

After you mark a job complete, tap **Request a review** and Clarely emails the client a short message with a direct link to leave a review.

## Review requests are email only

Clarely never sends review requests by text message, under any circumstance. This isn't a limitation we plan to change — it's a deliberate choice to stay clearly on the right side of text messaging consent law.

## One request per job

Each job sends at most one review request.

## Plan requirement

Review requests are available on **Professional plan and above**.
