# Download a quote or invoice as PDF

> Download a quote or invoice as a PDF.

Every quote and invoice can be downloaded as a PDF — useful for printing, emailing outside Clarely, or keeping your own records.

## Downloading a quote

Open the quote and tap **Download PDF**. It includes your logo, every line item, your contract terms, and the client's signature if it's been signed.

## Downloading an invoice

Open the invoice and tap **Download PDF**. It includes your logo, the line items, and the current balance due.

## Your client can download one too

The same **Download PDF** button appears on the quote and invoice pages your client sees — they don't need to ask you for a copy.

## What's in the PDF

Just the document itself — no buttons, no navigation, nothing that only makes sense inside the app. It's built to be printed or forwarded as-is.
