Clarely AI needs a little history in your account before it turns on — not because of your plan, but because there isn’t enough for it to work with yet.

The minimum

You need at least 5 quotes that have been accepted or declined. Below that, Clarely AI isn’t available yet, even on a plan that otherwise includes it.

Why there’s a minimum

With only a handful of quotes on the books, most useful questions — pipeline value, monthly trends, client history — don’t have enough behind them to mean anything yet. The minimum is there so Clarely AI doesn’t give you a technically-correct but practically-useless answer.

Getting past it

Keep sending quotes and recording client decisions as normal. Once you cross 5 accepted-or-declined quotes, Clarely AI turns on automatically — nothing to configure.

What to do next

If you’re just getting started, focus on sending your first quote. Clarely AI will be waiting once you’ve got a bit of history behind you.
