How sign-in and access work for you and your account.

Signing in

You sign in with your email and password. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen — Clarely emails you a reset link.

One owner per account

Each Clarely account has a single business owner. If you need other people to have access, add them as team members instead — they sign in separately through the team portal with their own limited access.

Team member sessions

Team members sign in with a one-time code, not a password. Their session lasts up to 10 hours before they need a new code — see Team members for the full sign-in flow.

What to do next

See Team members to add someone to your crew, or Business settings to review your account details.
