Let clients know the moment your team member is on the way, without anyone having to call or text.

How it works

A team member on their way to a job taps On my way from the team portal. Clarely emails the client right away to let them know.

Turning it on

Go to Settings → Notifications and turn on en route notifications. This applies to every job with a client email on file.

What the client receives

A short email letting them know the team member is on the way. No live location, no ETA — just the heads-up.

One notification per job

Each job sends at most one en route notification, no matter how many times On my way gets tapped.

Plan requirement

En route notifications are available on Team plan and above.

What to do next

Turn it on in Settings → Notifications, or see Assign team members if you haven’t set up your crew yet.
