Recurring jobs let you set up a repeating schedule for clients who need regular service — weekly cleaning, monthly maintenance, quarterly inspections, and so on.

Setting up a recurring job

Start with a regular job that’s already in your system. You can make any existing job recurring from the job detail page.
1

Open the job

Go to Jobs and open the job you want to make recurring.
2

Make it recurring

Tap Make Recurring on the job detail page.
3

Set the schedule

Choose the frequency: weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks, monthly, or custom interval. Set how many future occurrences Clarely should generate ahead.
4

Set an end condition (optional)

Choose when the series ends: no end date, after a set number of occurrences, or on a specific date. Leave it open-ended for ongoing service.
5

Save

Tap Save. Clarely creates the upcoming occurrences automatically and keeps generating new ones on a rolling basis.

How recurring jobs work

Each occurrence is a separate job in your schedule. Clarely generates them on a rolling window — as you complete jobs, new ones are added to keep your calendar populated ahead of schedule. If auto-invoice is enabled and the job is linked to an accepted quote, completing each occurrence can automatically create a draft invoice for that service period.

Editing a recurring series

Open any job in the series and tap Edit Series to make changes to the schedule — frequency, time, or day of week. Changes apply to the series going forward from the point you edit. To change the scope or pricing of a recurring engagement, cancel the series and create a new quote with the updated terms. See Scope protection.

Cancelling a recurring series

Open any job in the series and tap Manage Recurrence, then choose Cancel Series. This cancels all remaining scheduled jobs in the series. The series and its completed jobs remain in your records. To cancel a single occurrence without affecting the rest of the series, open that individual job and cancel it directly from the job detail page.
