As the business owner, your Schedule shows all jobs across your entire team — not just unassigned ones. Every scheduled job appears on your Schedule regardless of which team member it’s assigned to, giving you a complete view of what’s happening and when.

What you see

Your Schedule displays every job with the assigned team member visible on each job card. You can see at a glance who is working where and when. Team members, by contrast, see only jobs assigned to them through their team portal.

Calendar vs list view

Toggle between calendar and list view using the view controls at the top of the Jobs section. Calendar view shows jobs spatially across days. Tap any job card to open the job detail. List view organizes jobs into status tabs — Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, and Cancelled — with more detail per row. Useful for reviewing completed work or finding a specific job quickly. Your view preference is saved across sessions.

Team member list view

Team members in the team portal also have a calendar/list toggle. They switch between views from their own jobs page, and their default preference is saved per session.

Scheduling conflicts

If two jobs overlap on the same day and time, they appear stacked in the calendar view. Resolve conflicts by reassigning one job to another team member or adjusting the schedule.
