What happens when my free trial ends? Your account moves to the free plan automatically. You keep access to your data. Features limited to paid plans become unavailable until you upgrade. Can I change plans at any time? Yes. Upgrade any time — it takes effect immediately. Downgrade any time — it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data is retained. Cancelled accounts move to the free plan. You can log in and access your historical quotes, jobs, and invoices. Features above the free plan limit become unavailable. Do you offer annual billing? Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to paying monthly. Switch to annual billing in Account → Plan & Billing. How do I update my credit card? Go to Account → Plan & Billing → Update Payment Method. You’ll be directed to a secure Stripe form to update your card. I’m on the Founder Rate — will my pricing change? Your Founder Rate is locked for as long as Clarely operates the plan. It won’t change as long as you remain on the plan. See your founder agreement for the full terms. Can I get a refund? Contact support@clarely.co with your request. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances. What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
