If your client says they didn’t receive the quote email, work through these steps in order.

1. Ask them to check spam

Quote emails appear to come from your business name but are sent via @send.clarely.app infrastructure. Some email clients — especially business email on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — apply aggressive spam filtering to emails from sending infrastructure they don’t recognize. Ask your client to check their spam or junk folder and look for an email from your business name. If they find it in spam, have them mark it as Not Spam so future emails land in their inbox.

2. Verify the email address

Open the quote in Clarely and check the client’s email address. A single typo means the email went somewhere else entirely. If the address is wrong:
  1. Go to Clients and update the client’s email
  2. Open the quote and tap Resend

3. Resend the quote

Open the quote and tap Resend. A new email goes to the address on file. This sends a fresh copy — the signing link is the same. If email is proving unreliable for this client, you can share the quote link directly via text or messaging app. Open the sent quote and look for a Copy Link or Share option. The link goes directly to the quote signing page — the client can open it in any browser.

5. Have them add the sender to their contacts

For clients you quote regularly, suggest they add your business name or the sending address (@send.clarely.app) to their contacts. This tells their email client to trust the sender and prevents future emails from going to spam.

If a client asks about the sending address

If a client expands their email header and asks why it came from @send.clarely.app instead of your own address, this is normal. That’s the infrastructure Clarely uses to send email on your behalf. Their reply will come back to you directly — it’s not a shared inbox or a no-reply address.

Still not receiving it?

Email support@clarely.co with the client’s email address and the quote number. We can check whether the send was attempted and whether it bounced.
