1. Ask them to check spam
Quote emails appear to come from your business name but are sent via @send.clarely.app infrastructure. Some email clients — especially business email on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — apply aggressive spam filtering to emails from sending infrastructure they don’t recognize. Ask your client to check their spam or junk folder and look for an email from your business name. If they find it in spam, have them mark it as Not Spam so future emails land in their inbox.2. Verify the email address
Open the quote in Clarely and check the client’s email address. A single typo means the email went somewhere else entirely. If the address is wrong:- Go to Clients and update the client’s email
- Open the quote and tap Resend
