If your client is having trouble signing a quote, work through these steps in order.

Check the basics first

Is the link expired? If the quote has an expiry date that has passed, the link no longer works. Open the quote in Clarely, check the expiry date, and resend with an updated expiry if needed. Is the quote already signed? Check the quote status in Clarely. If it shows Accepted, the client has already signed. They may have signed on a different device. Did the email go to spam? Ask your client to check their spam or junk folder for an email from Clarely.

Browser issues

The signature link works in any modern browser. If the client is having trouble:
  • Try a different browser
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily (ad blockers can interfere)
  • Try on a different device

iOS-specific issues

On iPhone, the signature link works in Safari and Chrome. If using Chrome on iOS, the signature draw feature may behave differently — recommend Safari.

The signature isn’t saving

If the client draws their signature but it doesn’t save when they submit:
  • Make sure they’re not in Low Power Mode (can affect browser performance on iPhone)
  • Try a stable WiFi connection rather than cellular
  • Refresh the page and try again

Still stuck?

Email support@clarely.co with your client’s email address and quote number. We’ll investigate.
