Field service flow
For field service businesses (cleaning, trades, maintenance), a job is created automatically the moment the client signs. You don’t need to take any action to create it — it appears in your Jobs list ready to schedule.Quote accepted
Client signs. You receive a notification. The quote moves to Accepted and a job is automatically created from it.
Schedule the job
Open the job from your Jobs list. Set the date, time, and assign a team member if needed.
Complete the job
Mark the job completed when the work is done. If auto-invoice is enabled, a draft invoice is created automatically.
Professional services flow
For work where no on-site job is needed — consulting, design work, or similar — an invoice is created and sent automatically when the client signs.Quote accepted
Client signs. An invoice is generated immediately from the accepted quote and sent to the client.
In the professional services flow, the invoice is sent automatically on acceptance — there’s no manual step required. Make sure your payment handles are configured in Business Settings before using this flow.
