Download a quote or invoice as PDF

Every quote and invoice can be downloaded as a PDF — useful for printing, emailing outside Clarely, or keeping your own records.

Downloading a quote

Open the quote and tap Download PDF. It includes your logo, every line item, your contract terms, and the client’s signature if it’s been signed.

Open the invoice and tap Download PDF. It includes your logo, the line items, and the current balance due.

The same Download PDF button appears on the quote and invoice pages your client sees — they don’t need to ask you for a copy.

Just the document itself — no buttons, no navigation, nothing that only makes sense inside the app. It’s built to be printed or forwarded as-is.
