Once your quote is ready, sending it takes one tap. Clarely emails your client a link to review and sign.

How to send

From a draft quote, tap Send Quote. Clarely sends your client an email on your behalf.

What the client receives

The email appears to come from your business — your business name shows as the sender, not Clarely. The client sees:
  • Your business name in the sender field and subject line
  • A short message that their quote is ready
  • A link to review the full quote and sign
The link takes them to a mobile-friendly page where they can read every line item and sign digitally. They don’t need a Clarely account.
Emails are sent via @send.clarely.app infrastructure. If a client asks about the sending address or notices it in their email header, that’s normal — it’s how Clarely delivers email on your behalf. Any reply they send comes back to you directly.

Resending a quote

If your client hasn’t signed and needs the quote resent, open the quote and tap Resend. A new email goes to the same address with the same link.

Changing a sent quote

Once a quote is sent, you can’t edit line items or pricing — doing so would change what the client is about to sign. If the scope changes before signature, you have two options:
  • Cancel and recreate — cancel the sent quote and create a new one with the updated scope
  • Wait for decline — if the client declines, you can revise and resend
After a client signs, the quote is locked and cannot be changed.
